My darlings, I have not been into the shop in ages and I was heartbroken over this news today and had to come and give you all my love. I have been buried by a renovation this year and have finally finished so I'll be hanging around any empty chairs here doing my best to keep you girls laughing.
You know, it is certainly going to be a sad summer down at the beach. Annette has died and just last year the one and only Candy Johnson left us too. Unfortunately her passing has gone mostly unnoticed. Candy was the befringed go-go dancer, the secret weapon, of those fabulous beach movies. Anyhoo, darlings, just ignore me today, I needed someplace safe to greive. I'm going to sweep up all the hair clippings and make a little nest for myself over in the corner. Turn the music up a little so you won't notice my wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Oh, I really loved Annette -- and her helmet hair. RIP....

Summer will be bad, but how will I survive the fall without Annette?
