Heaven Reaches for Heaven In Hairdo Contest

Sadly, she only achieves 2nd prize.
"Front flips upward for an elegant "cocks-comb" effect. Fronds sit on forehead and on cheeks. Full crown sweeps across back and towards the right. Sides are smooth, nape is short."
