corsets are called basques in your neck o' the woods?
I did it strictly for the alliteration.It was only after I'd posted that I realized I could have entitled it, "Coiffures and Corsets."
but when i googled "basque" to learn what i did not know, the basque photos were of women in corsets!
Corsets and basques are very similar in style and are often used interchangeably but rather than explain here, I’ll refer you to this.
p.s. I've changed the title to make it all-inclusive. Ha!
