When I was a young kid, 1960s, I would look at pictures of my mother taken in the 1920s and think that it was Soooooo long ago.
Now I see a picture like this, or sit her in disbelief that Paul McCartney is SEVENTY years old and think that can't be - it couldn't be that long ago.
